In response to reports that the LG G2x has been recalled due to quality problems, T-Mobile has said that’s not the case. The phone is extremely popular, and T-Mobile is having a hard time keeping it in stock. However, some users are reporting a number of bugs, such as random reboots. T-Mobile has acknowledged the issue and says a software fix is forthcoming. In a statement emailed to PCMag, T-Mobile said, “Customer satisfaction for the G2x has been high. As with any new device, a small percentage of customers have commented about possible improvements and we are working with LG to deliver a software update, which we expect to offer some performance enhancements.”
