Upgrade Eligibility Requirements

Verizon Wireless upgrade eligibility requirements: You must be at least 11 months into your 1 year contract, or 20 months into your 2 year contractYour account must be in good financial standing and without late feesYou agree to extend your contract 24 months from the date of the upgrade activationIf you extend the contract for one or more lines of service on a family plan, the contract term for the other line(s) of service on the family plan will not be extended to the new contract end date of the upgraded line(s) of serviceLimitations: In all cases, however, you might be limited to Verizon Wireless upgrades based on your previous usage history, payment history, and phone replacement history with Verizon Wireless. Upgrade eligibility is solely determined by Verizon Wireless Mobility at its discretion.

T-Mobile upgrade eligibility requirements: Not all existing T-Mobile customers qualify for contract extensions.You must be in month 22 or later of your contract (if you have an existing 2 year T-Mobile contract)If you currently have a 1 year contract, you must be in month 11.If you are off contract completely, then you should be eligible unless T-Mobile decides otherwise (based on your account standing and other factors)You must be a post-paid customer renewing on a post-paid plan (i.e., Flexpay, SmartAccess, & Prepaid are not eligible because they are not “post paid” plans).You must be on a $39.99 or higher plan ($59.99 or higher if you are on a family plan).Your existing T-Mobile account must be in good standing.You need to order a new T-Mobile device (no unlocked or non T-Mobile branded products).You must extend your T-Mobile contract for 2 years.Limitations: In all cases, however, you might be limited to T-Mobile upgrades based on your previous usage history, payment history, and phone replacement history with T-Mobile. Upgrade eligibility is solely determined by T-Mobile Mobility at its discretion.

Sprint upgrade eligibility requirements: Not all existing Sprint customers qualify for contract extensions.You must have maintained 22 months of continuous service on your existing Sprint phone(s) that you want to replace.You must subscribe to a $34.99 or higher Sprint service plan.You must extend your Sprint contract for 2 years.Limitations: You might be limited to Sprint upgrades based on your previous usage history, payment history, and phone replacement history with Sprint. Upgrade eligibility is solely determined by Sprint at its discretion.

Upgrading Your Account: To Check Your Upgrade Eligibility simply select a cell phone or wireless device through your preferred carrier at then Click on the shop now button and a order page will appear on the right hand column you will notice a option to select  Renew / Upgrade My Contract once you circle in the bubble a link will show below that says Am I Eligible? Click the Link and follow the directions for that carrier.
